1. Introduction & Definitions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by DG Medical Aesthetics and Skin Ltd, a CQC-registered company in England & Wales (Company Number: 13969446), with its registered address at 2 Oakmeadow Close, Yardley, Birmingham, B26 1EE ("we", "us", "our", "the Clinic").
"You", "your", "the patient" refers to any individual who books an appointment or undergoes a consultation or treatment at our Clinic.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Consultations & Patient Suitability
Mandatory Consultation: All new patients require a full consultation before any treatment to assess suitability and discuss medical history, expectations, and risks.
Age Policy: We operate a strict "Over 21" policy. We do not offer consultations or treatments to any person under the age of 21.
Right to Refuse Treatment: Our medical practitioners are CQC-registered and adhere to strict ethical guidelines. As such, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the patient's best interest.
3. Patient Obligations
Accurate Medical History: You must provide a full, accurate, and truthful medical history during your consultation.
Consent: You will be required to read and sign a clinical consent form before any treatment, which confirms you have disclosed all relevant medical information.
Update in Health: You must inform the Clinic of any changes to your medical history (e.g., new medications, allergies, or health conditions) before any subsequent treatments.
4. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations
Booking Fee (Deposit): To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee (deposit) of 10-20% of the treatment cost is required for all online bookings. This fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
"No-Show" Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice (a "No-Show"), you will forfeit your deposit. All future bookings will require payment in full at the time of booking.
5. Payments
Full payment for treatments is due at the time of your appointment.
We accept payments via Stripe, Klarna, PayPal, Clearpay, and other major payment methods.
By choosing a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service (e.g., Klarna, Clearpay), you are entering into a separate financial agreement with that third-party provider.
6. Refunds & Packages
Refunds on Services: We do not offer refunds on any treatments that have already been performed. The nature of medical aesthetic treatments means that results can vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. This is fully explained during your consultation and on your consent form.
Refunds on Packages: All pre-paid courses of treatment ("Packages") are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Liability
The Clinic and its practitioners will not be held liable for any adverse effects or complications that result from your failure to disclose a full and accurate medical history (as per Section 3).
We will not be liable for any adverse reactions that, while rare, are a known risk of the medical procedure, which will be fully explained in your consultation and consent form.
8. Complaints

9. General
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
